Jeff Dill
Founder & Clinic Owner, Physiotherapist
MPT, HBA Kinesiology, HBA Business Administration, UESCA Certified Running Coach
Jeff Dill is a passionate physiotherapist and the founder of Mobility Lab Health & Wellness Centre. With a strong foundation in both business and human movement, Jeff received his HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2011, and then his HBA with a specialization in Kinesiology in 2013. He went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia from 2015-2017.
Jeff is a certified concussion provider through Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), and holds additional certifications in Acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada) and Active Release Technique (ART). His dedication to staying at the forefront of evidence-based care also led him to pursue specialized training in running-related injuries through the Running Repairs Online Course by Clinical Edge, and he is a certified running coach through UESCA.
At Mobility Lab, Jeff takes pride in offering personalized care—forgoing cookie-cutter approaches in favour of custom treatment plans that fit each patient's unique lifestyle, goals, and available resources. His in-depth assessments and tailored programming reflect his belief that high-quality care starts with truly understanding each individual.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff is a dedicated endurance athlete. He is a competitive marathon runner and triathlete, having competed in numerous Boston Marathons, long distance triathlon, and the World Rowing Indoor Championships. When he is not training or treating patients, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and family.
Nidhi Shyani
Registered Physiotherapist
Nidhi is a registered physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from India. She is certified in Level 1 Advanced Musculoskeletal Manual Therapy and Level 1 Dry Needling and Acupuncture, with a strong interest in expanding her skills in manual therapy.
Her approach is patient-focused and evidence-based, aiming to deliver effective, individualized care. Nidhi is passionate about ongoing learning and staying current with the latest physiotherapy techniques.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, which has deepened her appreciation for the role of physiotherapy in sports performance and injury prevention. Her personal experience helps her connect with active individuals and support their rehabilitation goals.
Victoria Mauricio
DC
Dr. Victoria Mauricio is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to working with her patients to decrease pain and create a stable foundation to reduce future injury risk.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitative Sciences through the Co-operative Education program at the University of Waterloo.
Throughout her academic career, Dr. Mauricio developed a strong foundation in human movement, biomechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation. During her time at the University of Waterloo, she combined her passion for sport and performance as an Assistant Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with athletes from a variety of sports including hockey, volleyball, basketball, and swimming. Through numerous co-op placements, she gained valuable experience supporting individuals across diverse populations, ranging from elite athletes to those managing chronic health conditions.
Dr. Mauricio has a love for biomechanics and functional movement, to which she prioritizes in all her patient care plans. She utilizes soft-tissue techniques, joint mobilizations and manipulations, acupuncture, exercise prescription and education in her treatments, tailoring them to each unique patient. She values the importance of improving movement patterns, helping patients feel stronger, and achieve their health and performance goals through evidence-based care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mauricio enjoys participating in HYROX competitions, half-marathon races, recreational sports such as basketball and touch football, and spending time with her family and friends.
Victoria Schrapp
RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Victoria is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Trillium College. Before pursuing massage therapy, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, where she developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, and biomechanics. Her combined academic background allows her to approach treatment with both clinical knowledge and a deep understanding of movement and function.
Victoria enjoys incorporating a range of massage techniques, from soothing relaxation to more focused, deep tissue work with a special interest in trigger point therapy. These trigger points can often refer pain, restrict movement, and cause discomfort in other areas of the body. Through focused pressure, Victoria aims to reduce muscular tension, and improve overall function of soft tissue. She believes in the importance of continual learning and is committed to expanding her skills to provide thoughtful, personalized care.
Outside of the clinic, Victoria is a dedicated powerlifter. She has been training and competing in the sport for over four years and has represented at both the provincial and national championship levels. Her athletic experience gives her a unique insight into the physical demands placed on the body and fuels her drive to help others achieve strength, balance, and recovery.
Max Roxburgh
RMT
Max Roxburgh is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong passion for helping clients recover from injury, improve their movement, and get back to doing the activities they love.
With a background in hockey, lacrosse, and wrestling, Max has firsthand experience with the physical demands of sport, as well as the challenges that come with injury and recovery. His athletic background has shaped his interest in injury rehabilitation and gives him a practical understanding of the importance of strength, mobility, and proper recovery.
Max takes a client-centred approach to treatment, drawing on his knowledge of massage therapy and personal experience in sport to create individualized treatment plans based on each client’s goals. Whether recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches and tension, or looking to improve overall mobility, Max is passionate about helping clients feel and move their best.

Nancy moved to Niagara from farm country just outside of London, Ontario. She attended Niagara college from 1991 - 1994 obtaining a Business Administration - Human Resources Degree.
Nancy settled down here finding the Niagara Region to be a wonderful place to call home. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15-years and is pleased to lend a helping hand every day.
Nancy has a fantastic husband and two incredible sons. She now has two magnificent grand daughters and a mischievous puppy named Whiskey.
When Nancy is not booking appointments and answering the phones at Mobility Lab Health & Wellness Centre, she enjoys camping in her retro trailer, eating ice cream, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
