MEET THE MOBILITY LAB TEAM

Jeff Dill 

Founder & Clinic Owner, Physiotherapist 

MPT, HBA Kinesiology, HBA Business Administration, UESCA Certified Running Coach

Jeff Dill is a passionate physiotherapist and the founder of Mobility Lab Health & Wellness Centre. With a strong foundation in both business and human movement, Jeff received his HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2011, and then his HBA with a specialization in Kinesiology in 2013. He went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia from 2015-2017.

Jeff is a certified concussion provider through Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), and holds additional certifications in Acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada) and Active Release Technique (ART). His dedication to staying at the forefront of evidence-based care also led him to pursue specialized training in running-related injuries through the Running Repairs Online Course by Clinical Edge, and he is a certified running coach through UESCA.

At Mobility Lab, Jeff takes pride in offering personalized care—forgoing cookie-cutter approaches in favour of custom treatment plans that fit each patient's unique lifestyle, goals, and available resources. His in-depth assessments and tailored programming reflect his belief that high-quality care starts with truly understanding each individual.

Outside of the clinic, Jeff is a dedicated endurance athlete. He is a competitive marathon runner and triathlete, having competed in numerous Boston Marathons, long distance triathlon, and the World Rowing Indoor Championships. When he is not training or treating patients, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and family.

Nidhi Shyani 

Registered Physiotherapist

Nidhi is a registered physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from India. She is certified in Level 1 Advanced Musculoskeletal Manual Therapy and Level 1 Dry Needling and Acupuncture, with a strong interest in expanding her skills in manual therapy.

Her approach is patient-focused and evidence-based, aiming to deliver effective, individualized care. Nidhi is passionate about ongoing learning and staying current with the latest physiotherapy techniques.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton, which has deepened her appreciation for the role of physiotherapy in sports performance and injury prevention. Her personal experience helps her connect with active individuals and support their rehabilitation goals.

John Mignelli 

Chiropractor, BSc, DC

Dr. John Mignelli has been treating patients in the Niagara region since 2020. He completed his undergraduate education at Brock University in 2015 before becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic at D'Youville University in 2020. His modern education and clinical experience in advanced medical rehab centers make him a versatile provider comfortable with pre- and post-operative patients, athletes looking to optimize their performance, and everyday people who want to live healthy and move well. 

John has completed extra training and certification via McMaster Sports Medical Acupuncture, Shift Concussion Management, Precision Nutrition, and is a Titleist Performance Institute certified golf-fitness professional. He also served as the trainer for the Niagara Falls Canucks from 2021-2025 helping many elite level hockey players recover from injury and play their best. John also contributes to the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board as part of a panel that helps to develop our national licensure exams.

When he's away from work John is typically playing sports and cooking his favourite foods, as well as enjoying nature and being outside. 

Caleb Lavoie

Registered Massage Therapist

CMTO Acupuncture Authorized

Caleb Lavoie is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist who has been working in Niagara for the past two years. He finished a Degree of Athletic Therapy degree from Sheridan College and became certified in 2023. Caleb pursued a Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology and became registered in 2024. He recently completed his Certificate of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Caleb is devoted to ongoing learning, mentorship and helping patients achieve their functional needs.

As an Athletic Therapist, he makes return to play decisions regarding joint injuries and concussions, applies tape management techniques and provides emergency first aid at sporting events. In the clinic, Caleb combines electroacupuncture and massage manual techniques with sport specific and goal oriented exercises to return athletes to sport and everyone to their daily activities. He has experience on the field by covering high school rugby and football, as well as adult rugby (Niagara Wasps). Caleb enjoys participating in triathlons (swimming, cycling, and running) and singing in a local choir.

Alissa Lucciola-Peacock

PTA & OTA 

Alissa Lucciola-Peacock is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) who graduated with honours from Niagara College’s PTA & OTA program in 2023. With over two years of experience, primarily in clinical settings, she has supported a wide range of patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

Alissa has worked extensively with individuals recovering from a variety of conditions, including post-operative procedures, sprains, tendinopathies, and fractures affecting both the upper and lower extremities. She also brings experience in working with cognitive and neurological conditions, including stroke rehabilitation.

When she’s not in the clinic, she stays active by playing recreational sports year-round, as she has a background in competitive softball. Her passion for helping others and her love for movement fuel her dedication to supporting patients through every step of their rehabilitation.

Nancy 

Customer Experience Coordinator

HBA Human Resources

Nancy moved to Niagara from farm country just outside of London, Ontario. She attended Niagara college from 1991 - 1994 obtaining a Business Administration - Human Resources Degree.

Nancy settled down here finding the Niagara Region to be a wonderful place to call home. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15-years and is pleased to lend a helping hand every day.

Nancy has a fantastic husband and two incredible sons. She now has two magnificent grand daughters and a mischievous puppy named Whiskey.

When Nancy is not booking appointments and answering the phones at Mobility Lab Health & Wellness Centre, she enjoys camping in her retro trailer, eating ice cream, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
